History
The College Library took its present shape in the beginning of the nineteenth century.
Building
The Central Library is situated in front of Principal's office. This historical building is located in the centre of the college. It is one of the few buildings which gives a glimpse of the structure which existed at the time of the beginning of the school in 1854. Its architecture is a beautiful example of the buildings of the Victorian era of British Empire. The College Administration takes special care of this historical building.
Library Resources
1. Books
There are 15060 medical books/medical reference books/Miscellaneous books/reports and thesis are available in the stock out of which around one thousand books are from various disciplines. These include Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, Pure Science, Social Sciences & Humanities also. All students can study books in the library but books are not issued for home.

193 Medical e-Books are accessible through accessmedicine of ERMED (National Medical Library) New Delhi and DELNET provides access to 482 medical eBooks also.
For reading and downloading the ebooks chapter in mobile, SNMC Medical students/User can also download AccessMedicine App from Google Play store. After downloading Accessmedicine app the user id and password will be provided to user by Central Library.
2. Journals
SNMC Agra is having access to Full Text of Online Medical Journals Titles: 1,251, Current Full Text Titles: 913 via DELNET and approx. 292 online Medical journals via ERMED Consortium of National Medical Library (NML).
3. Thesis
Thesis submitted by postgraduate of the college of various subjects for their post graduate degree is also available for reference.

5. Internet (Cyber Cafe) Facility
Internet (Wifi) facility available in the Central Library for all members (Teachers/students).

Central Library has facility of photocopy with nominal charges.
